Thank you so very much for the excellent customer service you have provided to us recently. During the past several months we have needed your services more often than we would have preferred. However, each time we have needed medical counsel, help with insurance claims, or even assistance with selecting a gift item, we have been given exceptional service.

Your help has meant the most when we have come in suffering from a lack of sleep and frazzled nerves due to the fact that our child was very ill. Though we have not been at our best when we have been in, we always leave feeling that we have been treated that way.
